Bob Litwin

Founder, The Focus Coaching Group In the late 1970s, there were a group of unrelated coaches sharing a collective consciousness that were planting the seeds of performance coaching/mental training. A small group including Timothy Gallwey, Dr. Jim Loehr, Jerry Lynch, Dr. Jack Groppel, Tony Robbins, Bob Rotella and Bob Litwin experimented with methods that, separate from technique, strategy and fitness helped athletes and business people perform at higher levels of performance. The concepts had been around for centuries in the writings of eastern philosophy, stoicism, Buddhism, etc. This group of visionaries began to use the commonalities to develop an industry that, today, is part of the training of most elite performers. Bob Litwin’s storytelling method is one of many that has led to World and National championships, Gold Medals as well as intrinsic victories in sports, business and life.
